Discussion Etiquette

To ensure vibrant, dynamic and constructive discussion, the AMC expects users to adhere to the following rules while participating in any of the discussion forums on resonate.

Comments which do not conform to these rules will be removed immediately and repeat offenders will be banned from all discussion forums. The Australian Music Centre also reserves the right to remove comments for any other reason.

• Be courteous to other contributors
• Stay on topic and be careful to post your comments in the correct discussion thread
• Only quote relevant portions of previous posts
• No capital letters in postings
• Use subject headings for all posts
• Notify the Editor immediately if you find any content within the discussion offensive. Do not engage in discussion about the offensive material within the discussion thread
• Use standard grammar and spelling rules
• Avoid slang
• No advertising or promotion in any form
• No personal messages to individual participants in discussion threads (use email instead)
